Shipping Costs (Australia)

At FASHIONOVA, we're proud to offer the following shipping benefits for all Australian orders:
•    Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $60.
-    Major Cities: Includes Free Overnight Shipping.
-    All Other Areas: Includes Free Standard Shipping.

•    Orders Under $60: A flat rate of $9.95 applies.
•    All costs are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

International Shipping (New Zealand)
New Zealand customers enjoy the following shipping options:
•    Free Shipping: For all orders over NZD $99.
•    Shipping Fees (All costs in New Zealand Dollars - NZD):
-    Orders under NZD $50: NZD $14.95
-    Orders between NZD $50 and NZD $99: NZD $9.95
•    Processing Time: All New Zealand orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping (United States)
U.S. customers enjoy the following shipping options:
•    Free Shipping: For all orders over USD $70.
•    Shipping Fees (All costs in U.S. Dollars - USD):
•    Orders under USD $70: USD $17.
•    Duty and Taxes: Shipments to the U.S. are sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are calculated and included in the total price at the time of checkout, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.
•    Processing Time: All U.S. orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.


Order Tracking and Receipt
Order Tracking
•    Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers, which may vary depending on your item's origin and your selected delivery method.
•    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details to follow your order's journey to your door.

Signing for Deliveries
•    To ensure your order reaches you safely, a signature is generally required upon delivery.
•    However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g., on your front porch). You will be asked to select this preference at checkout.
•    If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.

Changing Your Shipping Address
•    Our warehouse team aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible.
•    This means that we can only make changes to your order (including your shipping address) if it hasn't left the warehouse yet.

Return & Refund Policy

We prioritize your satisfaction and offer the following policy for smooth returns and refunds.

1. General Return Eligibility & Conditions
All returned items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for processing:

•  Basic Conditions
Your item(s) must be returned:
Within 30 days of purchase.
In unworn and unused condition.
With the original tags still attached.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

•  Hygiene & Packaging Notes
Sealed Items: Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the seal is intact. Please ensure you love your purchase before you tear into it!

•  Multiple Pairs: If you ordered multiple pairs or different styles, only one pair of socks per style should be opened to retain your eligibility for a full refund.

•  Your Responsibility: You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure the items arrive at our warehouse in tip-top condition.

2. Returns by Reason & Costs
The party responsible for shipping costs and the refund type depends on the reason for the return.

A. Simple Dissatisfaction (Change of Mind)
If the products fall short of your expectations or you simply change your mind:
Refund: You are welcome to return them within 30 days for a full refund.
Shipping Cost: We will cover the return shipping cost (Free Returns).

B. Faulty Item or Wrong Item Received
We aim for the highest quality. If you have received an item with a defect (faulty) or an item different from what you ordered:

•  Action: Please contact our Customer Service team immediately so we can guide you through the process and resolve the problem swiftly.

•  Shipping Cost: We will cover all associated shipping costs.

•  Faster Processing: Providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault will significantly speed up the returns process.

3. Initiating a Return & Process Time

•  How to Request a Return

•  Processing Timeline
We will email you updates throughout the returns process, but here is a typical timeline:
Warehouse Arrival: Returns take 2–5 business days to reach our warehouse.
Request Processing: Once received, your return request will be processed within 1–3 business days.

4. Refunds

•  Refund Method
If you paid via Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited back into the same account your payment originated from.

•  Final Credit Time
Please note that your financial institution may require an extra 3–5 business days to clear the funds back into your account after we process the refund.

•  Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy conditions above have not been adhered to.


INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY (U.S. and Worldwide)



Please read this section carefully, as terms for international orders differ from domestic (Australian) sales.

1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
The 30-day window, unworn condition, original tags, and hygiene notes (Section 1) all apply to international returns. You must also include proof of purchase.

2. Shipping Costs by Return Reason

Simple Dissatisfaction (Change of Mind) Customer Responsibility. The customer pays for all return shipping fees back to our Australian warehouse. Full refund for merchandise only (original shipping cost is non-refundable).
Faulty Item or Wrong Item Received (Our Error)   We Will Reimburse. Please contact us immediately before shipping. We will advise on the most economical tracked shipping method and reimburse the cost once the item is verified as faulty or incorrect.  Full refund, replacement, or store credit, including original shipping cost.


3. International Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders due to varying shipping costs and timelines. If you require a different size or style, please initiate a return for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Non-Refundable Charges

Import Fees: The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country (e.g., the U.S. or Canada) upon delivery. These fees are not included in our pricing.

Non-Refundable Costs: If you return an item for a refund, please note that the original shipping cost and any duties/taxes paid upon import are non-refundable. The refund will cover the returned merchandise cost only.

5. Initiating an International Return

We will respond with the Australian return address and the next steps.
