The material is lovely, very soft and comfortable. The padding in the soles offer more comfort than regular socks, by far, but are not necessarily heavy duty. I think they would be the perfect combination with insoles that offer additional support and comfort. For those of us who aren’t on our feet all day, they’re accomodating enough. I really love the length and the fact that they sit on the leg rather than stick to it and constrict. I also think they’re rather stylish for a simple sock. I’ve purchased about 5 pairs and can’t see myself not restocking them in the future.
